Food And Nutrition

As our campers are extremely active, it is important that we offer a well-balanced, nutritional and healthy diet yet still appeals to their tastes. Our fully nut-free culinary services are managed by a highly experienced and well- respected food and beverage company. They ensure that strict professional guidelines in food handling, prep and service are adhered to. They partner with our full-time in-house nutritionist and along with a designated gluten free dietary specialist, as well as a camp mom, they ensure that all of our campers always have plenty of options. We accommodate the entire camp together, at the same time, serving family style with vegetarian and parallel gluten free alternatives.
